NO need to season at all. •Bake on 435 degrees for 20 minutes on top rack. After 20 minutes. check chicken by cutting in thickest part of chicken and make sure juice is clear. Take out and set out to cool off. •While chicken is baking, roast sesame seeds and almonds in oven for about 5 minutes and set aside to cool off. (this is optional you can add to salad just as they are if you like) •Pour bag of shredded Cabbage (Coleslaw mix) into large glass bowl, add Chopped green onions, Almonds, and Sesame Seeds •Once Chicken is cooled off, cut into bit size pieces and add to the rest of the salad. •Take Top Ramen and Break up while still in packaging then open package and set seasoning packets aside. Take dry broken up Top Ramen and sprinkle in Salad bowl. •Do not add Mandarin Orange sections till just before serving to prevent the rest of the ingredients from getting soggy. Instructions for Dressing: •In container mix the Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Pepper and Seasoning mix packets from Top Ramen. (I usually use a glass jar) You must make sure the lid closes tightly because you must shake vigorously as ingredients are inclined to separate. Shake, Shake and Shake, then add the Vegetable oil and Shake Vigorously. Serve in salad bowl and pour dressing on individually so that salad will not become soggy!
